At LustLure we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below to understand the steps for requesting a refund.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

· Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

· tems must be unopened, in their original sealed packaging, and with all safety seals/intact tags. For hygiene reasons, products showing signs of use, testing, or tampering will not be accepted.

· Sale items or purchases made with a discount code are final and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturer defects or shipping damage. Intimate products are subject to strict quality checks prior to dispatch; please inspect upon delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Items

· Custom-designed items (e.g., products with engraved names, tailored sizing, or personalized features) are final sale unless damaged or defective upon delivery. Due to the intimate nature of these items, returns cannot be accepted once customization is completed.

       · Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., unsealed or opened items, even if unused) are non-refundable to comply with health and safety regulations.

· Digital content (e.g., downloadable guides, virtual consultations) or subscription-based services are non-refundable.

· Gift cards, discounted bundles, or promotional items are final and excluded from returns.

3. Return Process

· To initiate a return and refund, please contact our customer service team at support@lustlure.com with your order number and reason for the return.

· Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please ensure the item is securely packaged.

4. Refund Processing

· Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

· If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

· Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item received).

5. Late or Missing Refunds

· If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company.

6. Exchanges

· We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange an item, contact our customer service team for assistance.

7. Return Shipping Costs

· Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.

· For international returns, customs fees, duties, and taxes are also the responsibility of the customer.
